Ali Waggie is a London based theatre designer, photographer and costumier. A postgraduate from Central Saint Martins school of Art & Design (2004) her work includes photographic commissions for Barclays, Biffa UK, Adlard Coles nautical press and Press Association. She is a founding artist of 24photography and toured exhibitions to Cannes and Venice. Her 2005 photographic documentary A Route Around America, recreating her parents' 1975 journey documented the geographic, cultural and social changes over three decades. The project was featured in London Independent Photography magazine (2006). In 2009 she was shortlisted in international photography category for the Renaissance Photo prize. Since graduation from Arden School of Theatre (2002) Ali has designed entries for The Lord Mayor's show 2014 and 2015 and theatre productions for Italia Conti academy, and the Olympic legacy installation. Other theatre work includes contracts for National Theatre, Stage Entertainment, Old Vic theatre, Kenny Wax productions, Michael Rose productions and internationally for Stagedoor Manor and P&O cruises.
